What is the capacity?

 256 guests is the maximum, booking price is for the cost of the venue in its entirety not the guest count.

El maximo de invitados es 256, el precio sigue igual aunque sean menos invitados.

Yes, chairs & tables are included-32 / 60" round tables,  256 chairs - 8 chairs per table.


Son las mesas y sillas incluidas en el precio?


Si! Ofrecemos en total 256 sillas con 32 60"

mesas redondas. Ocho sillas por mesa.

What is the deposit to save the date?

How many hours are included in the booking price?

We require a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your date, and the deposit does go towards the total balance of your booking.

Pedimos un deposito de $500. Se puede dar en 2 pagos, y, se aplicara al total.

The booking price is based on an 8 hour event.  The 8 hours is inclusive of setting up the event, and an extra hour is allowed at the end of the event to take everything down and pack up. 


Por cuantas horas se renta?


El precio de reserva da 8 horas para su evento incluyendo tiempo para decorar. 

Y al fin de su evento le damos una hora para recojer todo de las mesas y asegurarse de que toda decoracion y equipo de musica sea recogida.

Yes we do! After your tour and contract we setup an appointment for our in-house Decorator / Cater prepares a unique package that is affordable and most importantly your style! 


Se provee manteleria o decoracion?


Si! proveemos, paquetes con descuento por tener su evento en nuestro Salon. 

El dia de su gira, le damos cita con nuestro decorador para planear su Evento a su gusto!

Do you provide linens, decor and catering?

 Harlingen Police Department gives us the most protection for the least cost to our clients. An officer will be required for the last 3hrs of your event ($150) 


Habra oficiales cuidando el evento?


Si! Tenemos arreglos con el Departamento de Policia de Harlingen dando el mejor precio a nuestros clientes por las ultimas 

3 horas de su evento. ($150)

Para cuando se paga el resto del la factura?


Por contracto seria mejor pagar lo que resta en la factura 60 dias antes de el evento. Si por emergencia necesita mas tiempo entonces se puede hacer arreglos de pagar el total 30 dias antes de su evento.

1:00am is the cut off time for the 8 hours, for  any additional hours it's $100 per hour.


A que hora se puede acabar mi evento?


A las 12am por lo normal se terminan los eventos. y una hora mas para recoger. Para la 1am nosotros serramos el Salon. Si se necesita mas tiempo, se puede pedir y el costo es $100 por hora extra.

What if we have to cancel due to COVID restrictions?

We required a $250 damage fee.  This amount is refundable and will be returned to you after your scheduled event, so long as damages are not incurred during your event and no tickets were issued by the hired officers.


Hay otra tarifa incluida?


Pedimos una tarifa por danos reembolsada. Esto protegue a ambos si acaso que algo pase en el Salon. Es una seguridad que el Salon este de la misma manera que se lo entrgamos.

La Fontana contract allows you to reschedule if COVID restrictions arise.  However, if rescheduling is not an option for you, then, our normal cancellation policies apply. 


Que hay si tenemos que cancelar nuestro evento a causa de otra pandemia?


En el contrato de La Fontana permite que se puede cambiar el dia de su evento. En caso de que eso no es una posibilidad, entonces desafortunadamente se aplica la politica de contrato de cancelar sin reembolso.

La Fontana has 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets per bathroom available for each event.  Each bathroom is also wheelchair accessible.

La Fontana?


Servicios dissponibles en La Fontana son uno para mujeres, y uno para hombres, cada uno con 3 banos. Tambien, ambos tienen disponible silla de ruedas accesible.

No, we do not. 

However, Cold Sparkler machines are allowed. Please consult prior to your Event.


Se puede usar bangalas de fuego?


Para su Evento no se puede usar bangalas de fuego! Pero, si se permite bangalas frias o sea que se producen con maquinas usando hielo seco. Porfavor consulte con nosotros antes de su evento.
